OUR FACILITIES
We are a full service gym. We offer 24 hours access for our members. Located in Indiana, PA. Near the campus of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. We have free weights, selectorized, and plate loaded equipment. We have a variety of cardiovascular equipment, including Treadmills, Elliptical, Stair steppers, Recommend Bikes, and Stationary Bikes. We have Nautilus, Paramount, Flite, Icarian, Precor, Quition, Stairmaster, Schwinn brand equipments. Lake's 24HR Fitness is owned and operated by Jamie Lake.

At Lake's 24HR Fitness, we take care to provide our members with a high quality service personalized for their unique needs. Our priorities include, maintaining a clean environment as well as a safe one.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Lake’s personal training programs provide members a unique opportunity to participate in one-on-one training with qualified professionals. Our trainers will design a workout program that takes into consideration each individual’s goals, current health status, and personal workout interests.
